Position Description
Successful candidate will play a central role in changing the IPM landscape. Day to day job functions include...
Act as the point person for select Team’s initiatives
Manage an team workstream through to completion: Produce metrics to benchmark current state and track the progress of Team’s initiatives; Drive Working Group meetings and maintain the team Twiki; produce concrete proposals addressing the needs of the group.
Liaise with the IPM Tools Team on requirements coming out of the Team Initiatives
Skills Required
Understanding of ITIL stack (Service, Incident, Change and Problem management processes) in a Production Support area for an Investment Bank

Strong communication & organisation skills

Enthusiasm, energy, persistence and vision to roll out and drive a significant change program across the Team organisation and beyond

Genuine interest and passion for the interpretation and accuracy of data, and understanding of the role and nature of metrics and other data driven indicators

Experience in the production support and/or development environment
Skills Desired
ITIL Platforms (ServiceNow)

Database Knowledge (SQL)

Reporting (Business Objects / QlikView / Crystal Reports etc)

Scripting (Perl)

Web Design (Twiki, HTML)
