Recruitment Area Manager – Midlands
£45k basic + commission

Role
Area Manager required with strong Area/Regional management skills. You will be expected to lead from the front and focus on operations within five locations in the Midlands area, which includes: staff development/monitoring and motivating of teams/appraisals, Business Development and Top client contact, tender writing, P&L budgets.
ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Area/Regional Managerial experience within RECRUITMENT is a MUST ideally with Technical & Engineering
Strong operational skills to oversee multiple locations
Stable work history
Full understanding of exceptional service and delivery
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to lead/influence/motivate a team under pressure
Team spirited attitude, as a work hard/play hard environment
Well Educated/Professional and driven
Now looking to work with full autonomy within this very well established Independent
Hard working, sales orientated background is required.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to grow and develop strong relationships with clients.
