CUSTOMER SERVICES ADVISOR (female)



This post aims to provide support to the customer services team in offering professional and quality customer service. The incumbent would also respond to customer enquiries through emails and phone.



Skills and competencies required:



• Achievement

• Flexibility

• Professional Confidence

• IT skills (equivalent to ICDL)

• Customer Service Orientation

• Team Working

• Spoken and written English (IELTS band 6.0 or equivalent)

• Advanced level of spoken and written Arabic

• Proven Financial experience — cash collection and reconciliations

• Spoken and written English (IELTS band 6.0 or equivalent)
