Mr. Karman Saeed is a marketing professional, who carries with him a 25 years of rich experience in sales, marketing & HR. He has served multinational and leading national companies at senior management level. Now his teaching experience has been spread to about 14 tears in leading business school of Karachi and Lahore. As trainer since last six years he has been contributing signifiantly in the development of corporate professionals in highly diverse management skills. He touched the peak of his training ambition by becoming Franklin covey certified trainer. He earned a HR certification from Cornell University and has completed his master degree in business management from both Pakistan and USA.

Mr. Arif Ijaz has had more than twenty years of experience in the development, growth and leadership of personnel. as the Chief Executive Officer of Adamjee Insurance (one of the largest insurance companies in Pakistan) and KSB Pumps (a German multinational). Mr. Ijaz was responsible for initiating structural reforms, reengineering programs and world class systems thus bringing these companies to new heights. Having served as the Director of Pakistan Steel Mills, National Refinery, Lahore Stock Exchange, HUBCO, and Lahore University of Management Sciences, Mr. Ijaz brings a wealth of industrial and academic experience. During his career Mr. Ijaz has pioneered innovative programs and is an expert in project management, information technology and human resources experience.
